Original: Run full iOS 16.5 firmware on Android Devices

A newly shared open-source project on GitHub claims to make it possible to run the full iOS 16.5 firmware, including Apple's XNU kernel, on Android devices. The project is drawing significant attention on Hacker News, where it ranks near the top of discussions, as developers and enthusiasts debate whether the technical claims are credible and what such a port would involve.

Why now: Running Apple's iOS on non-Apple hardware would be a remarkable feat, so people are scrutinizing the project's feasibility and legality.
