Alberta NDP urged to oppose public money for pipeline

Original: And here's more @ avilewis . THIS is what the ABNDP should be reposing, NOT Danielle Smith: "Throwing billions in public

Critics in Alberta are pressing the provincial NDP to take a stronger stance against using billions in public funds to back a pipeline, arguing the party should focus on this issue rather than attacking Premier Danielle Smith. The criticism highlights concerns about climate impacts, weakened environmental protections, insufficient Indigenous consultation and effects on workers. The debate reflects wider frustration among left-leaning voters over resource policy in the province.

Why now: Alberta's pipeline funding and climate policy remain contentious, prompting calls for the opposition NDP to take a clearer position.
