Original: Pentagon to livestream military execution of Ft Hood shooter

The Pentagon says the death sentence of Nidal Malik Hasan, the Army major convicted of the 2009 Fort Hood shooting, will be carried out by firing squad and livestreamed, according to an ABC7 report. The case remains one of the deadliest attacks on a US military installation, and the decision to broadcast an execution is drawing wide attention.
