Writer swaps iPhone 15 Pro Max for standard iPhone 17, no regrets

Original: I 'downgraded' my iPhone 15 Pro Max to a regular iPhone 17 — and I have zero regrets

The piece suggests the regular iPhone 17 now delivers enough performance, battery life and camera quality that the larger Pro Max no longer feels necessary for everyday use.

Why now: Apple's iPhone 17 launch is prompting users to reconsider whether a Pro model is still worth it.
