Servo browser engine ships CSS Grid and text selection work
Original: August in Servo: CSS Grid, text selection, and more
The Servo project has published its August development update, highlighting progress on CSS Grid support, improved text selection, and other engine improvements. The open-source browser engine, originally developed by Mozilla and now maintained with support from the Linux Foundation, continues to attract attention as an independent alternative in the browser engine space.
Why now: The Servo engine's continued revival and new CSS Grid capabilities interest developers following independent browser engine development.
