Jaguar bets on bold reinvention with new sports car
Original: jaguar
Jaguar is drawing attention in France and Italy as discussion grows around the Type 01, described as a high-risk relaunch for the British brand. The model is being presented as central to Jaguar's attempt to reinvent itself as a maker of striking electric sports cars, with observers weighing whether the dramatic rebrand and new design direction can revive the struggling marque or will alienate loyal customers.
Why now: Jaguar's risky relaunch and new Type 01 are generating curiosity about whether the brand's reinvention will succeed.
