Ben Collins says superkart pace left him shaken
Original: SUPERKART | SO FAST I SH@T MYSELF
Racing driver Ben Collins, formerly the Stig on Top Gear, has taken on a 250cc superkart and come away stunned by how fast it is. In his latest video he admits the acceleration and cornering speeds were so extreme it genuinely frightened him, sparking discussion among motorsport fans about how karts at this level can outpace proper racing cars per corner.
Why now: Motorsport fans are reacting to the former Stig being visibly terrified by a machine faster than most race cars in the corners.
