Anti-Trump protest organisers are urging supporters to take to the streets in two weeks under the 'No Kings' banner, framing the mobilisation as Americans taking back power ahead of the vote. Posts sharing the countdown carry slogans about resistance, democracy and 'we the people', and point supporters to the movement's website for details of actions across the United States.
Why now: A nationwide 'No Kings' day of protest is approaching, driving a wave of countdown messaging among US political activists.
