White Sox take ALDS Game 1 in Cleveland without trailing yet this postseason
Original: Yet to trail this postseason, White Sox march into Cleveland and claim ALDS Game 1
The Chicago White Sox defeated Cleveland in Game 1 of the American League Division Series, extending a notable postseason streak: they have yet to trail at any point in these playoffs. The win gives Chicago the early edge in the best-of-five series, and the unusual stat has drawn attention as a sign of how convincingly the team has played so far this October.
Why now: The White Sox are both winning playoff games and doing so without ever trailing, a striking statistic during the ALDS.
