Crowdfunding appeal seeks $170 more to secure winter shelter

Original: RE: https:// mastodon.social/@israajamal/11 7347202020129638 Thank God, thanks to your support, I've managed to raise $1

A fundraiser by Israa Jamal has reached $130 of a $300 target meant to cover next month's rent, with $170 still needed to secure what is described as shelter before winter intensifies. In a public update, the organiser thanked supporters for the donations received so far and appealed for further help to close the gap in time.

Why now: People are being asked to donate and share before winter conditions make securing housing urgent.
