Milorad Dodik, the Bosnian Serb leader, declared that Bosnia and Herzegovina is 'dead' during a final rally ahead of the country's election. The remark, reported by Al Jazeera, has drawn attention amid ongoing tensions between the Serb-dominated Republika Srpska entity and Bosnia's central state institutions, fuelling debate about the country's political future.
