Original: Celebrity Traitors attracts peak audience of 8.6 million for second episode https://www.standard.co.uk/showbiz/celebrity
The BBC's Celebrity Traitors drew a peak audience of 8.6 million for its second episode, a strong figure for the celebrity edition of the hit reality format. The series features well-known names including Richard E. Grant, James Blunt, James Acaster and Amol Rajan competing in the deception game, and its early ratings suggest the show has quickly become one of the most-watched programmes on British television.
Why now: The unusually large audience figures for only the second episode show the celebrity version has become an immediate television hit in the UK.
