Original: RE: https:// mastodon.social/@ellespeaks/11 7353127929953552 Just $20 left for tillys meds 💖 Anything helps. Much love.
A disabled person is asking for mutual aid donations to cover a final $20 needed for medication for Tilly, a pet who needs to start treatment as soon as possible. Donors are asked to put "for tilly" in the payment note. The appeal has drawn supportive engagement, reflecting the ongoing use of mutual aid hashtags to cover urgent medical costs.
Why now: The urgent, small-dollar shortfall is being shared as part of ongoing mutual aid fundraising efforts.
