Critics are mocking a public figure referred to as Fall, sarcastically 'reporting' that he does not swear, does not use contraception, and that his wife likely does not either, citing religious reasons. The joke highlights his Christian faith, a stated openness to having as many children as 'God sends,' and what critics call inconsistent positions from the start of his public life through the election period.
