Statement says occupation targets Palestinians regardless of religion
Original: 📢..confirms that this occupation does not distinguish between Muslim and Christian, nor between affiliations and faction
A statement circulating online asserts that the Israeli occupation makes no distinction between Muslim and Christian Palestinians, nor between political affiliations and factions, insisting that Palestinian blood is one and that Muslims and Christians will remain united against attempts to tear apart the national fabric. The message frames Palestinian Christians and Muslims as facing the same treatment and calls for unity in response.
Why now: The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is generating intense ongoing discussion, and the claim that all Palestinians are targeted equally resonates widely right now.
