South Sudan election talks stall as opposition boycotts dialogue
Original: Interparty dialogue: South Sudan polls talks stutter as opposition stay away
Talks on South Sudan's upcoming elections have faltered after opposition parties stayed away from the interparty dialogue. Why now: Fresh reports of an opposition boycott have revived concerns that South Sudan's first elections in years may be delayed or contested.
