Trump accused of ending welfare benefits for immigrants
Original: Immigrants furious as Trump ends all welfareBENEFITS, now they are begging for help!
Claims are circulating that the Trump administration has ended welfare benefits for immigrants, prompting anger among affected communities. A widely shared commentary says immigrants are now seeking help after losing access to support programmes. There is no independent confirmation in the available material of a sweeping benefits cut, and the exact scope of any policy change remains unclear.
Why now: The story ties into ongoing debate over the Trump administration's hardline immigration and welfare policies.
