Ukraine has reportedly used its domestically developed FP-7 tactical ballistic missile in combat, with the test phase declared over and serial production now beginning. The claim, attributed to footage from President Volodymyr Zelensky's office, is being shared as a sign that Ukraine is building an independent long-range strike capability to hit targets deep inside Russian-held territory without relying on foreign-supplied weapons.

Why now: Claims of a new domestically produced Ukrainian long-range missile entering combat use would mark a significant shift in the war's strike balance.
