Mayfield Graves Art Guild finds new home nearly five years after tornado

The Mayfield Graves Art Guild has found a new home, nearly five years after the tornado that struck Mayfield, Kentucky, disrupted the community and displaced local organizations. The announcement marks a milestone in the town's ongoing recovery, giving artists and residents a dedicated space again. Local outlet WPSD Local 6 reported the news.

Why now: Mayfield's long recovery from the December 2021 tornado remains a closely followed local story, and the guild's reopening is a hopeful sign of renewal.
