Original: Kid Rock on Eminem: 'We differ politically, but we've stayed friends'
Kid Rock says he and fellow Detroit rap star Eminem remain friends despite being on opposite sides politically. Speaking to The Detroit News, the rocker, a vocal supporter of Donald Trump, said 'we differ politically, but we've stayed friends.' The remarks have drawn attention as a rare example of cordial relations across America's political divide, with many praising the pair for putting their long-running Detroit ties and mutual respect above partisan clashes.
