The Metropolitan Police has named the London Fire Brigade in its evidence file relating to the Grenfell Tower fire, according to BBC News. The development marks a new step in the long-running criminal investigation into the 2017 blaze, which killed 72 people, and is likely to reignite debate over institutional accountability for the tragedy.
