Breadcrumb launches: Mac screen recorder doubles as AI context manager
Original: Show HN: Breadcrumb, record everything on your mac + context manager for AI https:// innerloop.works/breadcrumb # ai
A new developer tool called Breadcrumb has launched, offering Mac users a way to record everything happening on their machine and turn that history into context for AI assistants. The tool is presented as a 'context manager', aiming to give AI models relevant background from a user's actual activity rather than relying only on prompts. Response so far appears to be early, with discussion centring on privacy implications and how useful captured activity is for AI workflows.
Why now: It is a fresh product launch posted to the Show HN community, where new developer tools draw immediate attention.
