Gaza family celebrates receiving a bag of flour after week of waiting
Original: Last week, this bag of flour was nothing more than a dream. Today, thanks to God and then to your support, it is finally
A family in Gaza says a bag of flour they had only dreamed of last week has finally arrived, which they credit to God and to the support of donors. They describe having no proper meal that day but remaining grateful for what they call a small blessing, in a post highlighting ongoing food shortages and reliance on outside help.
Why now: People are reacting to the severe food insecurity in Gaza, where basic staples like flour have become hard to obtain.
