Elon Musk to advise Pentagon on future of war
Elon Musk is set to advise the Pentagon on the future of warfare, returning his attention to government work, according to The Washington Post. The arrangement puts one of the world's most prominent tech executives in a position to influence US military planning on next-generation defense, drawing attention given his extensive government contracts and past roles advising the federal government.
Why now: Musk's close involvement with the US military raises fresh questions about the blurring line between private tech power and government defense policy.
