Fatal incidents disrupt JR lines in western and eastern Japan

Rail services on JR lines faced major disruption after fatal accidents. A person was struck at Ibaraki Station, suspending services on the JR Kyoto, Kobe, Biwako, Takarazuka and Gakkentoshi lines, with delays on limited express trains.
