The Saudi-led coalition says a power station in Medina, Saudi Arabia, has been attacked, blaming Yemen's Houthi movement for the strike. The claim comes as fighting continues inside Yemen, where the Saudi-backed government army reports its own developments on the ground. The incident adds to ongoing tensions between the coalition and the Houthis, with each side blaming the other for escalations affecting civilians and infrastructure.
Why now: A reported attack on infrastructure in the Saudi holy city of Medina represents a significant escalation in the Saudi-Houthi conflict.
