American teenage midfielder Cavan Sullivan remains on course to complete his move to Manchester City, according to reporting by The Athletic, despite the club's ongoing turmoil following its guilty plea over financial charges. Sources indicate the transfer plans have not changed, and the club is expected to press ahead with the deal for the highly rated young player.
