Donald Trump has rejected polls showing weak approval ratings, calling them 'fake numbers', in an interview with Time magazine. The remarks also touched on his stance on a possible war with Iran. Critics say the dismissal of polling data fits his long-standing pattern of attacking unfavourable surveys, while supporters continue to question mainstream polling accuracy.
Why now: The Time interview is newly published and Trump's comments on Iran and polling are drawing wide political reaction.
