Knitters stumble on viral AI-generated video
Original: I was looking for some video to watch when # knitting and found this: https:// youtu.be/B-ul3b0lz-o?si=-jjD3e HxHCJP5MCX
A crafter shared a video found while searching for knitting content, urging others to watch it even though it has nothing to do with knitting. The post labels the clip as AI slop, part of ongoing frustration about low-quality AI-generated videos flooding search results and recommendation feeds on video platforms, disrupting communities looking for genuine content.
Why now: Growing annoyance at AI-generated content crowding out real videos in online searches and recommendations.
