Florida gardener shares beloved Thai Red Roselle in bloom
Original: I have a million photos of this plant from my garden over the years. Yes, very redundant, but I don’t care! She’s my fav
A Florida gardener is showing off the Thai Red Roselle hibiscus she has photographed for years in her Zone 10 garden, calling the plant her favorite as it enters its blooming season. She notes the plant is used to make agua de Jamaica and says she is happy to keep taking redundant photos. Gardening communities are sharing similar flower photos under bloomscrolling tags.
Why now: Seasonal blooms prompt gardeners to share their prized plants, and the hibiscus's culinary use draws extra attention.
