'Skill Issue' Meme Continues to Dominate Internet Humor
Original: This is a Skill Issue
The phrase 'skill issue' remains one of the internet's most popular jokes, used to dismiss someone's misfortune as a lack of ability rather than bad luck. Originally from gaming communities, the taunt has spread widely as a punchline for clips of people failing at everyday tasks. A short compilation of such moments has drawn well over a million likes, showing the meme still resonates with audiences years after it first took off online.
Why now: The phrase is being reused in a viral compilation of funny fail clips, keeping the long-running gaming meme in front of a mass audience.
