Elon Musk to advise Pentagon on future of war
Original: Elon Musk to return his attention to government, advise Pentagon on future of war
Elon Musk is set to turn his attention back to government work, this time advising the Pentagon on the future of warfare. The Washington Post reported the plan, which would give the billionaire tech executive an informal role shaping US military thinking on emerging weapons and defence technology at a time of ongoing global conflicts.
Why now: Musk's renewed involvement in government and military affairs is newly reported and politically charged.
