Mongolian unions campaign to strengthen public education
Original: Building union power, winning for public education: Mongolia's Go Public! story
Education International highlights Mongolia's 'Go Public!' campaign, in which education unions have organised to build membership strength and push for better funding and conditions in the country's public school system. The initiative is presented as an example of how union organising can deliver concrete wins for public education, and is being shared as a model for unions in other countries.
Why now: Education unions internationally are promoting it as a successful organising model worth replicating.
