They admit they have not yet fully grasped what the proposal would mean for them, but believe it could affect them in their role running the game and its online community, and want to raise concerns directly with lawmakers.

Why now: EU legislation on children's online safety is being debated, and small open source developers fear it could burden or affect their projects.
