Cubs eliminated by Padres while White Sox advance for Chicago fans
Original: Well my Cubbies lost their series with the Padres in regrettable form, but the White Sox are in! I'm not a White Sox fan
The Chicago Cubs have lost their playoff series to the San Diego Padres, and in disappointing fashion according to one Chicago sports fan. The same fan notes the Chicago White Sox are moving forward in the postseason, and says that despite not supporting the White Sox, they will root for them out of loyalty to the city of Chicago.
Why now: Baseball fans are reacting to the MLB postseason results involving both Chicago teams.
