Vikings defense elite, but run game still lags

The Minnesota Vikings are being praised for one of the NFL's best defenses this season, but analysis of their offense points to a clear weakness: the running game has yet to find consistent form. With Aaron Jones leading the backfield, the team's ground attack is seen as the key area needing improvement if Minnesota wants to compete with the league's top contenders.
Why now: Early-season NFL form is drawing attention as the Vikings' strong defense contrasts with struggles in their running game.
