Lingerie and fashion hashtag spam floods social feeds
Original: # sexy # model # love # hot # beautiful # fashion # beauty # lingerie # follow # girl # cute # photography # like # inst
A long string of generic hashtags about models, lingerie, beauty and photography is circulating widely on social media, attached to posts promoting glamour and fitness imagery. The tags, including sexy, model, bikini and instagood, are typically used to game platform algorithms and boost visibility. Their prominence reflects ongoing noise from engagement-bait accounts crowding fashion and beauty tags.
Why now: Spam-style hashtag clustering is flooding fashion and beauty tags, drawing attention to algorithm gaming on social platforms.
