Israeli settlers have carried out multiple attacks on Palestinian olive groves in the occupied West Bank. In the village of al-Mughayyir, settlers reportedly stole olives from Palestinian farmers, while other incidents have prevented farmers from harvesting their crops during the annual olive season. The attacks affect Palestinian livelihoods in farming communities and are drawing renewed attention to settler violence in the territory.
Why now: The olive harvest season brings a yearly spike in settler attacks, drawing fresh attention to the occupation.
