Original: Lt. Col. Aryeh Amidror named as Gaza Division intel officer involved in Oct. 7 failures
Lt. Col. Aryeh Amidror has been identified as the Gaza Division intelligence officer at the center of the failures that preceded Hamas's October 7 attack on Israel. The naming adds to ongoing scrutiny of military and intelligence shortcomings, as Israeli officials and the public continue demanding accountability for the devastating surprise assault and its aftermath.
