Zelenskyy marks Defenders' Day at the front in Ukraine
Original: The DESTINY of Europe is DECIDED HERE! Zelenskyy on DEFENDERS’ DAY at the front #Ukraine - YouTube
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spent Ukraine's Defenders' Day at the front lines, telling troops the destiny of Europe is being decided on Ukraine's battlefield. The remark frames Ukraine's war as a defense of the whole continent, a message Zelenskyy has repeatedly pressed on Western partners as fighting continues.
Why now: Zelenskyy used a symbolic national holiday to press his argument that Europe's security depends on Ukraine's resistance.
