Netanyahu vows Israel will probe foiled flydubai crash attempt
Original: Netanyahu says Israel will get to the 'root' of co-pilot in foiled bid to crash flydubai flight
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will get to the 'root' of an incident involving a co-pilot accused of attempting to crash a flydubai flight. The alleged plot was reportedly foiled, and Netanyahu's comments indicate Israel is taking an active interest in the investigation. Details about the co-pilot's motives and any Israeli connection remain limited so far.
Why now: A foiled attempt to crash a passenger flight is a serious security incident, and Netanyahu's involvement suggests possible Israeli links being investigated.
