A non-profit organisation called Wings for Europe, operating across the continent, says it recruits volunteers it calls 'Angels of Light' to crowdfund drones for Ukraine and to campaign for stronger European defence. The group presents itself as a public initiative and is appealing for new supporters to join and donate. Its messaging ties direct aid to Ukrainian forces with a broader push to raise awareness of what it calls the urgent need to boost Europe's defences.
