A German-language book community account is running a recurring morning ritual on Mastodon: a random generator picks one writer from the network, the account then chooses a fitting book, and both look through it together and discuss it. The exchange doubles as a way to surface new reading recommendations and give lesser-known writers visibility.
Why now: The daily random pick gives writers and readers a fun, recurring chance to connect and discover books together.
