Rubio says foreign actor behind planned RAF Fairford attack

Original: MAJOR BREAKING: Sec. Marco Rubio announces a "FOREIGN ACTOR" was involved in the planned terrorist attack on RAF Fairfor

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said a foreign actor was involved in a planned terrorist attack on RAF Fairford, the British air base used by US forces. He said five suspects have been released on bail and warned that more news would emerge, adding there were details he could not yet disclose.

Why now: Claims of foreign involvement in a foiled attack on a UK-US base are politically sensitive, and the suspects being out on bail is fueling debate.
