When Does the Clock Change in Germany?
Original: wann wird die uhr umgestellt?
Germans are searching for when the next clock change takes place, as debate over abolishing daylight saving time resurfaces. Austrian media report new details on a possible end to the twice-yearly switch between standard and summer time, reviving a discussion that has dragged on across the EU for years. Many people remain unsure whether the change still happens and when to turn their clocks.
Why now: Seasonal interest in the clock change date combined with renewed reports about abolishing daylight saving time.
