MLB's mobile app praised as best among major pro leagues

Original: MLB is the only pro league that I’m aware of where the mobile app is useful or even worth half a shit. NFL. NBA. NHL. EP

A sports fan is arguing that Major League Baseball's mobile app is the only one among the big North American leagues and European football that is actually useful, calling the NFL, NBA, NHL and English Premier League apps practically useless. The complaint focuses on basic features: live game stats, scores, standings and news, which the poster says other leagues fail to deliver well.

Why now: Frustration with poorly designed league apps is a common talking point among sports fans comparing MLB to other leagues.
