Delta's Top Flyers Threaten to Leave Over Slow Wi-Fi and No Starlink
Delta Air Lines is facing pushback from some of its most loyal frequent flyers, who say the carrier's in-flight Wi-Fi is too slow and that it has not adopted Starlink satellite internet, unlike rivals. Commenters are debating whether connectivity has become a deciding factor in airline loyalty, with some top-tier members saying they would switch carriers if Delta does not upgrade its onboard internet service.
Why now: Frequent flyers are publicly pressuring Delta to match competitors that offer faster Starlink-based Wi-Fi.
