Original: Oh look, people who voted for the Leopards Eating Faces Party are again stunned that their faces are being eaten: https:
Commenters are mocking Trump supporters who are now expressing shock at the consequences of public health policies they backed, invoking the 'Leopards Eating Faces Party' metaphor for voters harmed by policies they voted for. The discussion references a MedPage Today report on public health policy, with rural communities highlighted as being affected. Critics say the surprise is predictable given the stated agenda.
Why now: New reporting on public health policy consequences for Trump's rural supporters is prompting mockery and debate about self-inflicted political harm.
