Scoreboard failures hit Italian basketball arenas in Naples and Rome

Original: A Napoli ci sono stati problemi col tabellone, a Roma ci sono problemi col tabellone. O in Italia utilizziamo tabelloni

Italian basketball fans are highlighting repeated scoreboard malfunctions at top-level European fixtures, citing problems first in Naples and now in Rome. The complaint is that Italy either relies on low-quality scoreboards or that the court officials designated for European games do not know how to operate them properly, raising questions about the technical standards of Italian arenas hosting continental competitions.

Why now: A new scoreboard failure in Rome, following a similar incident in Naples, has renewed criticism of the technical quality of Italian basketball venues in European competitions.
