Samsung's Galaxy SmartTag3 to track items across Galaxy and iPhone

Original: Samsung's Galaxy SmartTag3 Tracks Items Across Galaxy and iPhone

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy SmartTag3, a Bluetooth item tracker that reportedly works across both Galaxy devices and iPhones. The cross-platform support would mark a notable shift for Samsung's tracking ecosystem, which has traditionally been limited to Galaxy smartphones, putting it in more direct competition with Apple's AirTag and other findable-item trackers.

Why now: Cross-compatibility with iPhones would be a significant change from Samsung's Galaxy-only tracking ecosystem
